Vintage Cobalt Blue Bowl W/ Matching Candle Holder

Vintage Cobalt Blue Centerpiece Bowl w/ Matching Candle Holders Heavy Ornate Sterling Silver Trim.  The trim is marked Sterling.  The bowl is 9.75" wide and 5" tall with beautiful ornate trim.  The matching candle holders are 9 1/4" tall, 4 1/2" wide at the base and 2" wide at the top.  There are no chips or cracks in the bowl or one of the candle holders.  One has been repaired (see picture).  There are a few marks on the silver and could have been hand done.  This is a rare item and I could not find any information on it.  Beautiful rare piece.  Please see attached pictures.
